What would you estimate a 1997 Top Gun with Mercury 600SC's in them, would run. ( Kevlar Hull ) 70 MPH? Are these good engine's I Haven't seen many around in boats for sale. What do you think of this boat? Just listed in the Classifieds
Thanks for any info, Kirk

That boat has been for sale on and off. You may want to PM "Jawbreakerkid" about it. He was interested in it at one point but decided on a T/S.
"GLH" has Merc. 600SC in his Tiger.
I think G is right on speeds

do in a none step Tiger we actually hit 82 MPH. That rig if those Mercs have been taken good care of will zip up to 82 easily I would believe.
BTW those engines are terrific,

KN, I have the exact same setup, 97 Kevlar, cover girl and 600's. I saw 80 mph in fresh water last weekend. I was told by the original owner of the boat your looking at and the guy who owned my boat that in perfect conditions 85mph was seen, but 80 everyday.
