Thanks...yes it is steel but I haven't dunked the trailer in salt. I've been dunking in the Miami River (Brackish/Freshwater) which is a 30 minute ride out to Biscayne Bay...SUCKS.. but I want to be able to sell it so I can get an aluminum trailer.

In the 90's I dunked a nice 4 year old steel trailer in the brackish of the South River off the chesapeake bay once or twice a week for 4 summers - I ended up giving it away it was so bad - when it was 8 years old - and I had a fresh water well at the ramp for rinsing off!
Salt is salt, it doesn't seem to matter how much!

77 nova 250 replaced the tansom and stringers in the back, got all of 2 grand in it..

I love this thread. love seeing all the old lines. every boat posted here is awesome, but I must say I think 24degrees 27 magnum takes the cake. that side shot of his boat has been on the desktop of my laptop since I first saw it. nice to see all the updates he has done. I love the inlay on the deck. thanks for everyone sharing the photos!
