They are home grown 454s. I never dynoed them but estimate they are close to 700hp each at 5500rpm. It takes a lot to get that old rig moving like that. Suprises a lot of the newer high dollar step bottom boat guys, especially in the rough water. And that there my friends is what "old school" is all about.
