Yes...send me the e-mail photos of the box....especially if you can get a close up of the green delivery recp't tag....that should have a tracking number on it.....send that along also.

What exactly did the PO tell you when the package arrived empty?

Bring the box back to the PO and ask them for the proper form to use to file a claim.

As they can clearly see, we paid for a 6 pound book to be shipped. The postal fees were $8.10 and another $.50 for delivery confirmation...totaling $8.60.

They would not have charged us that if the box was empty

WE ARE STOPPING ALL BOOK SHIPMENTS AT THE OLD RATES.

Effective Immediately 1/23/07

We intended to get these books out to our HORBA members and OSO members as cheaply as possible.....we charged the old 1989 rate of $69.95 for the book and $9.00 for S&H.

As can be clearly seen, there wasn't a lot left for handling, boxing, drivng to the PO etc. after the shipping was $8.60.

We are going to re-evaluate the actual costs and the last 30 books will be repriced accordingly and will include insurance on all shipments.

Will do and keep you posted.
