Got my copy last night. Looks like a very interesting book that will save me the hassle of asking a lot of dumb questions on the discussion board. It reminds me of the Martin and Wells "Prototypes" history of IMSA GTP and Group C racing. Very similar layout.

Of course it has more pages stuck together than my May 1986 copy of Hustler... But they seem to be coming apart as it sits out.

I got back from a biz trip on the west coast yesterday to find mine waiting for me.
I spent yesterday afternoon carefully going through it page by page to get them unstuck.
The pictures, and detailed history is incredible - I'm looking forward to finding some time to start digging into it.
So, now I have pristine copies of both Searace, and King of Thunderboat Row.
What to collect next??

THANK YOU........... The buried treasure has sold out...We hope everyone enjoys their book especially at the old 1989 price...and for those who waited.....

We now go back to the inventory that is already unpacked, unsealed and could be autographed by the author.

John has graciously given another limited amount to HORBA to help celebrate our first full year.

We now will have a limited edition of signed and numbered copies of SEARACE.
These books are already, unpacked, unsealed and will be ready to be shipped by the first week of February.

More details on the website.

I'm not trying to be a pest, but it's Monday and still no book or T-Shirt. I noticed just about everyone else received theirs last week.

I paid for the items on January 8th and I'm looking forward to getting them soon.

Brandon - here's the Fedex info - looks like they tried to deliver last friday but it said "Jan 26, 2007 3:02 PM Delivery exception TULSA, OK Customer not available or business closed"...? Looks like they will try again today. Sorry yours was delayed - we had some problems shipping USPS and now ship everything fedex.
