Also Wellcraft stated once 6 boats were built for the show...

Can you shed some light on that and which 2 boats was you involved in, the one with the Turquise Gunnels and white arch and thge one with the silver arch and black gunnels ?
At Trick we did the First Two Miami Vice Scarabs side by side, Both had Black Gunnels and the 13 color fade on the sides and arches (both identical) Then wellcraft started doing their own variations of the original two (paintjobs)

the first one is Smakys on the board and it has had turquise gunnels from day one. That black gunnel version was the later paint scheme so you´ve musta been building the later ones ?
Which one had greetings to DJ written on the plywoods under the laminate inside the cabin ..do you remember cause I´ve seen them personally.
The one with black gunnels had a totally silver arch and the last version had only dark sides on the arch not the 13 color fade.
If you can find the colours for the fade and paint schedule or whatever please do post or mail.

Default 1973 Magnum 29-9

Attached are photos of a 1973 29-9,one of five that where built by Don Aronow .Were were going to sell it, however changed our mind and it is going down to Roger Munn in Naples Fl.12/26 for an engine rebuild and a total restore by Jeff Haylet and myself.Plan on having it ready in 2009,all depends how long the funds hold out.

This 29-9 started as Thumper Two,driven by Jim Armington from 1973-1976 and then became the Head Hunter driven by Vaughn Szaraka in 2007.Boat was out of Ohio and I am sure a few of you have seen it over the years. It was sold in 1980and went to the west coast and ran for about two years and then was in for a re due however sat until 2008 when we found it...28 years later.

Any one who might remember this boat an or have pictures of it would be greatly appreciated.Have receive a lot of info fro H2O out of Michigan so far however still looking for top shot of the cockpit and engine bay.
