Ended up selling the 5.0 mpi for some real power. Picked up a merc 420/454 carb to oil pan with gil exhaust. Have been gathering accesories for it. Also had the boat sprayed and painted the bilge. Cut 1/2 aluminum stock just mocking up what i am going to do for motor mounts

Nice work and as said above, love the green! A lot more 'green' than the original.
Thanks for posting.

Thanks everyone! Yes doing the original offset black stripe, and the two small American flags on the sides like it came originally

Nice power upgrade and the boat is looking fantastic. These Pachangas really perform well. Posted a YouTube link in my previous comment, but it's gone now. Don't know about these Forums any longer, seems so difficult to reference any links. Nothing is kosher enough I'll try again here and let us see what happens;

P.S. Won't let me post a YouTube link anymore, so skip the XXX and enjoy the video

Great project and I too love the green.
I didn't realize that Pachanga was made in 1969! Was 69 the first year they were offered?

Yes, the first year of the SRX Pachanga. About 500 made 1969-1971.
