WOW, thats not right! What I meant to say is I paid $4.00 per foot for the rail, and $1.00 per foot for the insert.

I bought mine from Rubrails.com, they were great. Mine is solid white and it only came in 20 ft sections. Less expensive than West Marine, but shipping can be a killer.
Find someone that has an account with West's supplier. That will be your cheapest solution.
In the end I paid a shade over 300 bucks for four 20ft sticks.
The labor isn't too bad, just time consuming.
