It looks like you finally got to spend some quality time on the water driving that thing - as opposed to in the garage working on it. And I must say, it looks like it turned out fantastic! As you know, I followed your progress every step of the way and enjoyed all of it. Great job and great post!

As for the pics of your son, man that brings back memories of my son in my former Checkmate, and my current Progression. I even have almost exactly the same picture of him standing on my lap driving the boat when he was too young to even walk. It looks like he's having as much fun as you and your dad. Keep taking lots of pictures because before you know it, you'll be taking one of him as he takes off in the boat with his girlfriend. (Ask me how I know that.)

Speaking of the boat, looking at the pics, I'd say you've done some experimentation with motor height on the jack plate and it looks about right to me. How's it running for you? Remember, we have the same basic motor on both of our boats.
