This part was MUCH easier when the transom assemblies were off the boat!!!! I wish the guy did it right the first time!!! Oh well I dealt with it as best I could.

These are the newly designed Exhaust holes. These were tough as there were a bunch of differnet angles and radius bends that I had to deal with. I am VERY pleased with the way that they cam out.

On this one I can kind of explain were the cracks were. Look at all the edges of the raised part of the exhaust. It was cracked just about everywere.

Mrcig. Thank you for the picture. It gives me a good idea of what the boat is going to look like all white!!! Will be in color today We start at 2:00 and start spraying at around 3!!!! I am so pumped!!! You should see the spray apperatus that this guy has set up. It is over a 5000 dollar spray gun. Looks like something from out of Star Wars. I will get pictures as I just came home to get the digital camera.

Glad to see it coming together for you. Does your boat have a name? You might want to consider naming it the "Sistine Chapel". Good luck, looking forward to the next set of pics.
