Got a little side tracked on things. Here's the update.

Header was shot, found one. the used set of tails I bought, one side is 1"
taller. So, I'm not cutting the transom. I think I might found some tails, should know this week.

However, I did run it. ( NOT in the water) Crisp throttle responce, sounds great.
Just changed the break in oil, could have a test run on sunday.

Ill keep ya posted

I guess I missed reading about your build, my similar (ported mpi with bored throttle body) but lower compression 540 pulled to 5600 on the dyno fairly well. I would love to see what a extrude honed mpi intake flows, Smitty

I can't tell you what it flowed, but there was ALOT of material removed when it was extrude honed. Runners were very thin. Mine pulled hard to 5500 on dyno and made max hp at 5200.
