Thanks! Guess the majority has spoken, no need to order $600 worth of harwood scoops!
I just finished making a mini foam hatch. I'll glass it this weekend and see how it comes out. Was great having a small piece to play with and see how the foam is to work with. Now I just gotta figure out if I need 3/8 or 1/2" core cell

3/8 will work. Depending on how long they are a rib or two might be a good idea. Mine is not cored and very light. 2-4 people can be on it and no flex. It's pretty sweet when you can just pop it off real quick when doing work/maintenance.

When I do mine I'm just going to lower the bilge 10" on the bottom of the boat. That way it hides all the imperfections.

Headers?!?!? We don`t need no sticking headers!!!
Speaking of breathers those things fall of if I sneeze too close.

502, I would use it to do a few projects on the boat, one of them includes building a storage pocket with the 38 FLATDECK cut out of the back and then back lit with leds. Stuff like that.. stuff Sonic700 puts in my head lol

Liek I said my guy can do it but I have a feeling its gonna take him a while, if I get him the DXF file I`ll be pimpin in no time :evilb:

I need to figure something out for my back seat. Now that the original sunpad is gone, which kinda overlapped into the back seat, it looks funky now. :(

Looks good to me. But what do I know.:thankyouthankyou:

Thanks bud. I guess i'd like to just have the entire backrest even with the lip of the hatches all the way across. Might be something for next winters project....
