I must admit whoever John had do the wiring new there stuff as the electrics are a work of art.
I also found a Racepak G2Xpro datalogger that stores data from 71 channels and writes it to an sd card, as well as a running a custom configuration that runs all the gauges via VNET, alarms and I, think the startup procedure I have yet to breakdown the file further to check that out.
It's certainly a well thought out package with some serious development behind it.

Only criticism so far is the multiple leads on the batteries for smaller amperage equipment there all coming off and going to a buzz bar and some custom acrylic insulators/tops on the top of the Optima battery holders as I don't like the idea of a possible short across the terminals which have been insulated with rubber but look a bit untidy to me.

That IS a work of art! I could look at that all day

Thanks Jay, is your image of the case surface against the transom? Also I turned the propeller shaft one complete revolution and the inside shaft turned once around plus approx. 25% or (after 12 as marked straight up to the 3 O'clock position) Might you know the ratios that are available? I understand there is 1:1 and yours is 1.19:1 was there possibly a 1.26:1 ratio? Was wondering if there is a list of the ratio data points. Thanks again.

The neutral position is when the trust ball is centred in its socket and an even space all the way around the ball.
I hope that makes some sense if not let me know and I will get you some more photos and measurements.

Ice on my photo that's the casing closest to the prop or the largest of the two-sections when splitting them apart the section that has the trust socket attached to it.
Mine was stamped on the inside with the ratio.

No idea on what other gear ratio steps are available but here's a link to BPM specifications mine are the D65C as the D65D only shows 1-1 up to 1.6-1 overdrive.

It fairly complex but I have my head around most of it now, the DC to DC converters are utilized to make good usable power from the starter/generator when running and supply enough amps to charge all the batteries drive two AC units through an inverter when underway and drive a 16 speaker stereo system as well as all the instruments, cameras and sat navs.
The charging can be manually selected on the dash 12V or 24V or fully automatic.

yes i am trying trying to figure where yours
was set at midstroke on cylinder
the arneson bottle jack / trim cylinder i am running is a little under three inch stroke.
so here is my max trim up amd max trim down.
if you put your trim half way then gave the measurement of prop shaft shaft center line
to running surface.
thanks again

Max trim up About 3 inch above running surface See string

Max trim down About 2.75 below running surface

Just had a quick look, my trim rams have the same 3" stroke setting them mid position 1"1/2 down the dimple at the end of the prop shaft were the prop nut screws on measures 2" higher than the running suffice when I run a string line through like you have done.

That is a nice looking set-up . How critical is it for you to get the thrust tube to the neutral position ?
