I installed one where an old wired stereo remote was located. I found this Mercury model that fit in the 2 inch cutout that was there for the remote. As others have said, a great improvement over having to get in the boat to raise and lower the drive. I think maybe $30 on ebay.

Ayuh,.... You can do the same thing with a momentary DPDT toggle switch, just wire it in parallel to the existin' wirin',....
