I put these out back. They don't have internal flaps but I think the baffles and the process the water will have to go thru to get in would be enough to substitute the internal flappers. Yes the silent choice is gone I put a stainless block off plateinstead of the y pipe. I'm thinking the stock exhaust these engines came with for this season then maybe I'll upgrade over the winter.

yes of course I installed them together with the new bellows and bearings. They look like mirrors down there I even cleaned them before dropping the engines in lol. I wanted to make sure they shine enough so the new HD couplers can watch themselves spin.
I'm so deep into this project at this point I need to start saving money already. So the 496 exhaust can't happen unless I sell the headers first. Even 454 exhaust is tough right now. Heck I'd be willing to trade these headers for stock exhaust to not have to buy it and sit on these till someone buys em.

Looks great, for me I would have relocated those tab pumps and added a back up bilge pump, but still looks good! I thought all the 33 and 36 OL had offshore mounts?
