Yes, if you're staying externally balanced, if you're internal then get a neutral balancer

depending on the build and balance --- 1 ATI balancers and then Power bond balancers by Dayco or vise versa. I believe dayco bought powerbond

fluidamper is my favorite but i have used the sfi approved powerbond balancer and i like them,a quality part at a fair price.

The powerbond ones are on my engines and Icdedppl's. They are a nice piece for the money. In your case, I'd go with those. Nice upgrade over the stock GM balancer. I had mine spun balanced and weight checked, and they were basically dead nuts to the GM ones I was replacing. Being a counterweighted unit, I didnt want to just bolt it on and go, so I paid to have them checked before install.

Of course ATI and Fluidampers are a step above, hard to go wrong with either of them.

Man if you are leaking any oil on to your stock balancers it seems overtime to cause an issue with a spun section and or the rubber will start coming apart.

Fluidamper used on every build for 30years must paint light even coat. if balancing damper must be removed from hub when balancing.
