The powerbond ones are on my engines and Icdedppl's. They are a nice piece for the money. In your case, I'd go with those. Nice upgrade over the stock GM balancer. I had mine spun balanced and weight checked, and they were basically dead nuts to the GM ones I was replacing. Being a counterweighted unit, I didnt want to just bolt it on and go, so I paid to have them checked before install.
Of course ATI and Fluidampers are a step above, hard to go wrong with either of them.
