I would ditch the cool fuel and the looped fuel system, use a aeromotive return regulator, run a return to the tank, couple ways to do this, use diesel fuel senders that have fitting for a return, or the one that returns to the fuel filler hose. I ran a A1000 for 5 years setup like this on a procharged 509, both EFI and carb

many fuel pump companies are going with brushless pumps. I would look into them. Even Aeromotive has a --- A 1000 brushless and in their testing has seen many benys with the brushless design.

i am running a full aero system but i will be sending the unused fuel back to the filter heads as i have 3 tanks in my boat and back to the tank will not be feasible.

the brushless motors are the way to go,imo much better.
