Ok that sounds great thank u a for the pulley I have no idea i bought from Jeff Wallace on here I have not received parts yet still in shipping he lives in Cali I live in ky gonna take a hot min but I will ask him the pulley looks pretty small not much over 3" if I was to guess from pic

Your guess is as good as mine

I'm calling machine shop this morning to check on my heads progress see how they are coming along I will update as I know once again thank you for your much needed help glad I joined this site

Let your shop know you're running a blower. Typically, you will want to run a little thicker seat width on the exhaust side to pull more heat out of the valve. At 5psi, it's not a must, but it's a good rule of thumb. (Unless you're running inconel exhausts..)

There's a pad machined into the block to make room for the dog bones and the spider retainer to bolt in place. Tie bar is easiest way around it. Nothing at all wrong with tie bar lifters.

Ok. Just asking at this point. A 2:1 (ex. 3"upper/6" lower) overdriven ratio will get about 5.5# of boost on a 454.
