That puppy is all over the place. Someone did a piss poor job resizing the rods to have that much variance. Can only cut it to the highest piston.

So the most i can take off is .10 across the board and run the thinnest gasket i can find correct

Will i really notice the difference if I send out tell them to make sure it's true and flat cut .05 off on both run thinnest gasket and call it a day or is that a bad idea I mean the boat ran good before I tore apart but I did not have a blower before either

No (assuming you mean .005) at best it will help head gasket sealing.

a set of scat I beam rods with arp bolts is under 400 bucks if resized rods are causing the irregularities... then you get into balancing, etc so you have a decision to make
