I'm curious how far below the hull the center of the prop should reside. Yours looks "right" but I know there's a formula, of sorts.

you can’t afford to run a bravo too high…it’s not a surface drive.

smarter people than me can chime in to tell you the right setup. I just know if you raise it too high…hope you have 3-4 spare drives laying around.

x-dim is cut to 17", as many here recomended.

Wich coolant filler cap i should start with? i have 8.2psi, 10psi, 13psi caps in hand. Cannot find the spec for hp500 cap.

I'd use the 13lb one first.will keep boiling down in the heads.
what temp. thermostst?

160F high flow thermostat.
