Assume you have the original Merc 3 piece pumps that have an aluminum body, use 2 plates and then have the rear cover with the hose connections?? I had one on my old 525SC.

Hardin sells a rebuild kit for these.

I have only found the internal seals from Hardin or Merc. The front seal is pretty common.

Default Full rebuild

Did an entire rebuild on these bearings , seals , plates you name it! Also drilled and tapped for the “ fix “
to vent the pressure issues that seem to be a normal cause of seals blowing out. Let’s see what happens now.

Water making that 90 is gtg...vs the std elbow fittings.

It will shunt flow a bit...but that's why we use larger diameter fittings/hose to begin with.

Nice find.

I was a little concerned with that as well. I ordered several different ones and found these to be the less “ restrictive “ so to speak that would still work for my plumbing.

that being said I compared them to the factory ones and these IMO seem better and not as sharp I guess I could say? I’ll post some pictures in comparison tomorrow!

The defect All Dodge referred to is real. One of mine has had low flow issues at idle since new. It takes a really long idle like on the Caloosahatchee to be a problem.
