That's great Darren. I am glad you got her home safe and using the boat.
Funny how all these boats are different in what they want for props. |

Thanks Steve! We did try both over the hub and small hub on my boat. The boat likes the small hub props the best. I ordered a set of the 33" small hub props which are going to be my all around props. Mike from Merc is going to send me a set of 34" small hubs to try with a lighter load and slight diameter change to see what we can get for a big number. Right now I am running 34" over the hub Dewalds that I borrowed from Grant. The 33" small hub Merc props ran back to back to back 121 on the limiters with 45 gallons a side @98 degress and super high humidity so there is definitely more there.

I'm a little confused with your terminology... "over hub" are you talking about "thru hub" like a Bravo w/ a barrel? - "small hub" are you referring to over hub like Mercury Racing cleavers and Dewalds with not barrel? I am just trying to make sense of different applications.
Thru hub..https://mercurymarine-gsdesign1.netd...-2_upscale.jpg |
Now, are the props spinning in or out on this beast?

I agree but I think you have the next best thing. The 30 and 32 DW are to big for the water I run in. Now a new 28 DW would work for my application. Please post some more pics or videos when your not having a blast in that beast. Congrats again Darren!
