does anybody know what size extenion box would be best for a 271 formula 7" or 12" and would you know what gain or loss thay got out of it THANKS!

Tony, have you contacted Formula... they may have tried it, or had a customer order such a set up. Let them do the experimenting, so you don't have to foot the R&D expense.

CARDER FORMULA NO HELP! never did any testing on 271 or have no information on what size box so much for the A team!

Tony... more freee advice; 1) repost this question on the "fORMULA" Threads under "Owners Forum"
2) I would email Tyler Crockett @ his website... he may be able to put you in touch with friends of his who have modified the Formula hulls... I like him a lot, and he is always willing to share what he knows. 3) It seems like any of the Factory-sponsored Formulas would have experimented with the boxes.
