Default TRS leaking into bilge

It seems both my TRS drives are leaking into the bilge. Only dipsticks that keeps losing fluid. I don't see where its leaking from where are some common places that I should look?

I don't know much about these drives. Where should I order any parts gaskets etc.?

Also where can I order a manual for these drives. They are attached to 454's in a 1981 wellcraft scarab.

Leaking drive fluid? or water from transom assemblys?

If it is drive fluid, I would check the drives for milkshaked oil, pull the boat and pull a drive fill plug and see, you may be picking up water in the drives and it will push the dipstick out of the resivoir.

If it is transom assembly and it is water, pull the boat, check bellows, then check the cork gasket around the assembly, they crack, that happened to my Baja before I got it and now it needs a transom!

There is a hose connecting the reservoir on the transom assembly (where the dipstick is) to the outer transom assembly. These hoses are often neglected and prone to leak. It could also be the gasket on the reservoir assembly but is far less likely than the hose. Clean it up, fill the res. and check it for leaks.
