Default brao 1 water in drive

My drive locked up on the weekend. Pulled lower plug and water ran out for about 30 seconds. The oil followed afterwards. How can water get in there?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Pressure test it. Bad seal(s) somewhere.

I agree. If you go into some fishing line it would damage the propshaft seal allowing water in. Just pull the prop and take a look.
