Default Bravo Gear Ratio?

What is the easiest way to check the gear ratio of a Bravo Drive?

The old fashion way.. mark the propshaft and turn the input shaft. But you better do it a couple of times. The difference between 1.36 and 1.5, is kind a close.
The other way is to count teeth, but you need to see the lower and upper gears to do it.

Mine has it posted right on the outdrive....might be worth a shot to take a good hard look
