I have two brovo III drive that are stuck in the up position can anyone help the pumps are running but the drives don't respond

Trim cylinder end caps are frozen.Need to reseal them.

Hi , you should try removing the pin that goes through the end of your rams and squirt some penetrating oil on the(piston) smaller portion of the rams. Then rotate the arm from the ram back and forth to allow the oil to get in and break it free.
