I wish I could help out with prices more- sorry.

The lighting in the "stabin cabin" cockpit and its multitudinous cup holders - cycles between r,g,&b.

Uncle D can Did you do all your own lighting or did you have the boat built that way. I'm looking into different LED options any advice, Manufacturers names etc. would help.

Thx

Great looking boat.

I had my XR's built by "Mr. Gadgets" 4 years ago 230hours----he builds a great Bravo One drive---and so does "Articfriends"---I have never seen anyone test the Bravo One drive over and over again in detail like I have seen with "Articfriends".

Proper selection of parts is one way they do it and how they ASSEMBLE the parts in those drives. Basically, these guys "blueprint" the drives (measured and precision fitted) as they assemble them.

Thanks- another mini hijack- apologies

I had the lights installed during the build- I can build repair and work on engines of all types, but interior and wiring work forget it Im not competent....

For the interior lights I used the IBEX award winning Apeiron tri lights 3 colored LED and I have 20 of them scattered in the rig they are about 120 apiece with the chrome ring and they are marine designed and waterproof

In retrospect I should have "zoned" the lighting so that I could have different colors in the drink wells, stabin cabin, and cockpit as right now they are all on one loop.

For the beach lighting I used Ocean LED Amphibians the middle size ones also waterproof with a very small wire through the hull . I think they were 500 a piece.

Now Im looking for an LED light bar for the radar tower. So any advice would be welcome hoping to find something at the LA boat show.

I don't think you're going to run long with any bravo style drive running over 800 hp.........go with 6's for piece of mind. I blew a teague platinum drive at under 30 hrs. and rebuilt the other at the same time before something happened to it ( top gear set was showing wear). Now I'm extra cautious and change drive fluid as often as underwear.

Do you have any picts of your setup? What are you running now?

6's are always nice.

When you attach you us the paperclip symbol to the right of the smiley face to select your attachment.

I dont think I made myself clear- Im looking for an LED floodlight bar- very high lumen- to replace an HID or incandescent type floodlight without the current drain associated with this type of light - not anything remotely resembling a "rope type" led light.

I do a lot of night boating in the summer and Im tired of handheld floods, and with a radar arch on this boat I have a nice raised platform to mount a light on.

BTW- the boat in these picts (my boat) will be at the LA Boatshow in the Laveycraft booth.
