I think i found it. The shift cable to the drive was rubbing on the coupler.Worn threw to the cable itself. I got a new cable and will install it tomarrow.

make sure you route the cable the right way so it don't do it again.

What a ***** trying to route the cable housing. I got it under the starboard mount and up behind the power steering cyl . the problem is i couldnt get the cable to go threw. There was a too sharp of a turn when it went threw the transom assy. I'm going to retry it later

Got it. It seems the new cable fixed the problem. Thanks for all the help
