The linkage in the drive is sticking out.. that would make put it in Rev with a RH prop..

so when removing put rh rotation in reverse and lh rotatation in forward?? Thanks Mark

I have not had any trouble leaving it in neutral. But if it hangs up, I bump it or twist the shaft. But getting the motor to roll over so you can shift it, is tough without a safety switch bypass. I have one on the dash in case it stalls in gear. Then I can roll it over and pull it back to neutral..
