I think it's about 32-35 k a piece, including Hering prop and install ect. Contact Rik @ Arneson, he's the guy and he's on OSO as well.

This has been up a million times before, I suggest you do a search. I'd also suggest you'll start another thread about this, since it most likely will kick up a sh!t storm. Just to avoid getting the thread off topic.

Planning to do a conversion?

I may have missed it but: you went into this project looking at building motors to gain more speed and through advice on the board, choose this upgrade instead (smart move IMO). What have you found in speed gains at WOT and cruise?

I have not been paying much attention to the cruise speed. WOT in the Lake Erie slop I'm consistently able to run 85 GPS. Prior to the conversion, in near perfect conditions, the best I ever saw was a "click" over 81 GPS. I'm hoping to get 88-89 GPS in the right conditions. Unfortunately, during the taping of the last video, I lost my port blower. It's currently at the Blower shop getting a completed rebuild.

My weak link is now the engines. Those darn Arnesons! :lolhit:

Kevin,
Three years later ...........Getting there little by little. This will be the last boat build project I start from just a hull and deck.
Just got some more parts off Rik. I replaced the boots on the Arnesons. The build has been going on for that long the last set perished -
Getting there little by little on the 382 project but life and work keep getting in the way.
I'll let you all know when the day comes, and it will come!
Drives on, engines in, 12AN fuel plumbing done, power steering plumbing done, now working on the engine water / cooling plumbing.
Next after that is the electrics .
So a ways to go yet.
The plan is to have the 382 in the water by the end of this year !
I think I've said that before!
