Well off the dyno, hp was not what we where hoping for but it is a very safe tune at 10psi. But tq was very very nice made 1150tq where my 1271 made 1000tq. Hp ws about the same to the 1071 at same boost level, but at a much lower rpm that is nice. Now I know if we turned the boost up we would make some more hp over the 1271.The boost bypast valve works very nice idle rpm is smoot and at 700.

Thank u Skydog. P.s. Have be told efi would make more over carbs and getting my carbs up higher off blower would make more hp too,but not trying to redo my hole setup.

Did you get that thing to 140 yet ?

Motor back in her now next is a 1.25 gear. Then test tune then go for 140 How u been?

E85 rocks i want to switch to that or meth injection, this boat stuff is getting $$$$$ I am in the poor house! lol Getting to the point of pulling boost back to 5-6PSI and go boating all summer hahahah Well i am told the whipple is safe at 10PSI with a good tune and pump gas we will see................

It's just a quick video from the cell phone, but thanks, it's my brothers boat. 10psi on 93 moderate timing should be fine. Never tried the Meth injection, I have 3 stage water injection on mine. My luck it would run out in the middle of a race. From what we're seeing the corn works really well, but you use a lot more.

Are you going to make any of the shootouts this year ?

I dont think so been nuts at home with two kids and the money i have put in the boat need to save back up.

I know what you mean. Did you get it dialed in with the new blower and gears ?
