Hey Skydog....E85 is the way to go, just be 100% sure your fuel system is capable of handling it and your pump has enough volume to support it, cause if not youll run into some real head aches....I chased a problem for about a year and half and finally this may nailed it down and its been nothing but progress from there. The 3 bar is good to 32 PSI on my set up, but then u basically read off the last fuel point if you run higher boost levels, I have a brand new Haltech Platinum sport 2000 Ecu with a 5 bar ready to put in but man dont wanna mess with the current ecu since the thing is running soo good. Yes 160lb hr injectors, im not totally sure on duty cycle, there were many things I forgot to do on last sundays run, but datalogginh is on the top of the list for my next test..

Went out yesterday on sunday and finally got my new turbo back and finally got a Labbed 34 Bravo 1 on the boat...Must say Boating in the florida keys has to be some of the nicest water...excellent go fast conditions and temperature had to be in the mid 70's....Beautiful day!! And guys I cant even belive it myself but ran 129mph....I have to say im beyond impressed on how the boat felt at that speed....and I cant believe still my project has reached that kind of speed....unfortunately i didnt get a video and had purchased a brand new go pro HD Hero the day before just for sundays run...I will retest shortly cause we all know a video is what its all about...
Thanks,
Brendan

@fountainfan42....I dont really get why more guys havnt gone turbo, the technology has advanced soo much, the biggest problem is getting water cooled components...im hoping to push my package some more once Im convinced its 100% practical for any to drive...I would recommend going turbo as long as you have some one reputable getting you sorted out...and yes I did have problems, but it was mainly fuel supply issues, when i thought I had enough, I wasnt even close...if you need any help or pointers let mee know...
@bdubs....it most definitely takes big injectors, mainly cause of the E85 and since the engine likes RPM...fuel demands at high rpm's are very drastic...but the thing cruising at low boost moderate speed (60mph)is amzing on fuel consumption!!! THe turbo is still in the trial and error stages, im actually in the process of trying a smaller A/R turbine housing to see if I get the respone up some cause I Have a good friend who has a brand new 15 1/4 36 Hering 5 blade that im gonna try on my next run....not sure if I honestly have the torque to move that monster...

there has always been bar talk about TURBO LAG
so guys stuck with the blower combinations and i think that has kept guys from taking the leap but now since Merc@ry did the 1350s religion has been found
just watched the Out of control Vid and theres no Lag at all

@GPM.....yes a do run a single pyrometer in the exhaust (down) pipe and a Innovate wideband AFR Gauge...
@fountainfan42....you know turbo lag is a pain, but theres way to help it, dont think you can have have that super low rpm throttle response that a blower gives ya...but once you get up in the RPM's, the turbo's are all free exhaust power and nothing holds them back. Unless your just outta wack on turbo sizing!!
Thanks,
Brendan
