If the 36 you saw was yellow and blue with Keith Eikert 675's, that is a little over 120mph. The guy bought it then decided it was too much boat for him as he boats alone. Lightning Bay Performance Marine had it to broker at that time. It was loaded with options and less than 10 hours on it. Price was around $320k.
Good luck at the show. Look up Mike Flanigan as he can take you through all the stuff about the 36. There's a 40 coming soon I heard.

Eliminators
I think Eliminator makes great boats regardless of the size. Just a lot of quality and they treat you like you're the most important customer they have. Where do you boat? I've only seen a couple of Eliminator cats in the Chesapeake Bay. They tend to think California boats are not as tough as Skaters and Spectres. I have seen a 33 cat. He comes 300 miles from Pittsburg to boat in the Chesapeake Bay area.

I agree with the other posts about how you are treated by eliminator. VERY WELL! I was out at Calif to pick my boat up and was told to go anywhere and look in the factory. Bob asked me several times if I needed anything and they took real good care of me. I was like the proverbial kid in the candy store. It was very cool
My only problem is I want a 36 with more room. I have a new 4 month baby and we want an A/C for the cabin. My concern is the cost of insurance on a 36 with 525's or 575's.
Any comments. And Yes, Mike at lightning Bay marine is very helpful, knowlegable, and friendly. Hope to catch a ride at miami on a 33 or 36.
Any interest in a 28 daytona with 500's

Wow a new baby, congratulations. We've had our grandchildren (ages 3 and 7) for a week and we're ready to get them back to their parents.
The cabin in the 36 Cat is very low in ceiling height. You can probably get A/C but even though there is a queen bed there, there are no windows or hatches so I'd definitely get closterphobia!!
I used to get nuts sleeping in our 32 Baja which had A/C and 5'8" of headroom. I just don't sleep on a boat well.
Thanks, I don't need another boat but I would recommend some of the boat selling websites. I had numerous serious inquiries but ended up selling the baja to a guy I boated with who moved up from a 25 Baja. I had 2 baja's and loved them both. The 32 had HP500's and ran 85 with only one problem, a set of valve springs, in 6 years and 600 hours.
You may want to look at a V bottom with a new baby since they tend to have more stuff that families need.

Ron and the wild part of having a new Baby is I am 48
Oh well I also have a 15 yr old. Both are neat but its not for everyone. I'm real happy that my wife likes to go fast and likes boats as much as I do. We are taking the new kid to Miami along with Nana to baby sit a couple of night so dad and mom can go out alittle.
Thanks Ron

Is your 33 for sale? I thought that last year I seen it up for sale, might have you mixed up with someone else.. Do you also have stock drives? and what ratio,136? and if it is for sale how much are you asking?? I have a friend that is lookoing for a used cat. Also, I too am looking for a 33 or 36. I now have a 30' but I dont think it would be too hard to unload if I decided to let it go..
My friend would like to have it but I dont know if he can or would handle what I would want for it>>
what colors is your interior done in and what equipt. does your boat have? By the way you are a dealer, are you not?If yours is not for sale do you know if enticers is?
Hope to hear from you soon.

Ron are you Jim & Jeans friend? If so I saw you at cannel day at ches. city Your rig looks great, sounds like it runs some great speeds. what style of prop are you running? [bravo - cleaver?] I have the 30motion with canopies. With Tomcat on the bay I guess we don't have to worry about who has the fastest boat. Damm I remember when 90-100 was an incredible speed. Now if you can't run at least a 100mph you have boat at night to avoid being embarrassed. Can't wait till the nice weather returns. Winter is boaring
