Intercom

The intercom is by Radio Lab, Inc. Eliminator installed it at the factory. There are four jacks and a control panel. The jacks are next to the Driver, front passenger and the 2 outside backseat positions. They work great although the canopies allow the front seat positions to talk pretty easily. On the dealer website you can see several pix of the boat in the photo gallery. There are six of the interior there. He is at www.lightningbaymarine.com.

Daytona 36

I think it is from Dana but I haven't looked recently. I had a 30 x 60 garage built for it behind my house but it's been so wet I can't put it the barn yet. It's at a neighbor's house who has a 30 x 60 garage where he used to keep his 38 Top Gun. Now he has a 50' Sunseeker he keeps in the water so I've been using his garage.

Wow, an Eliminator in Jersey. Look out for those rabid Skater fans.

Saw your boat being built at the factory in Mira Loma, looked great!

It would be interesting if you could get T2x out for a ride.

Default In touch with bad kittie..

Allan
Once again it is late, I will call you tomorrow (Friday) Sorry that I didn't get to tell you how much I enjoyed our talk, and hoped that we could do it again soon. I talked to wife and if we come out west for the regatta, we would like to stop and vist with you for a while,if you dont mind. I still cant get over the remark that they are very clickage. as of yet, I havent met a eliminator owner that I didnt like. Granted, some like to strech the truth a little but in my younger days I was in to drag racing pretty heavy. so Im sorta used to "he said, I thought,It was!!" know what I mean?..
anyway, My numbers, if you ever need them are
office- 219 962 4100
home- 219 548 9500
how about posting a picture of that Bad Kittie? I would like to show you mine but as of yet I dont know how to post pictures!!

I have followed this thread with interest and feel I should correct a couple of misconceptions. First, I am surprised that anyone thinks you get BS from Skater. I am on my second previously owned Skater. My husband and I have spoken with Peter Hledin many times. He has never blown us off, in fact he has never been anything but nice to us. He is patient with our questions and responsive to our needs. I know it takes a long time to take delivery on a new Skater, but he can only produce so many boats per year and he has a large backlog. The boat that "got bumped 3 times" was delivered one year ahead of schedule.

As far as Eliminator being the same price as Spectre or Skater with the same equipment, I think you are mistaken. My friend just priced a 2003 36' Spectre with 650 hps and XR w/Sportmaster lowers & ITs for $210,000 including trailer. Also, there is a 2003 36 Skater in Powerboat with 800 hps and #6 drives asking $385,000. Same price range, much bigger power and drives.

My boat was down only one time this year with broken lifters. This was our own fault, we should have replaced the lifters when we bought the boat, or at least half way through summer. We tried to make the season and paid the price. Of course, you are right, stock is always more dependable than high-performance.

Finally, as far as the potty issue goes, if you own a cat it should be fast enough to get you to a real bathroom in 15 minutes - 20 tops!
