Rockie, it depends on the fuel. If I have 110 octane I can pull about 1600 HP at 20# boost, 93 octane is worth about 1150-1200 HP 12# boost. The boost is dialable with a trim pot.

Hi Tom,
Hows it going? Is the motor in the boat yet? Last year it was may and it was still in the stand. My Procharged 502 is still running and now its in an Eliminator 25 eagle going about 92mph. Still havent done any fuel injection stuff yet. One fifty! Holy cow thats going places, wear your safety stuff! We need every motor guru weve got around here. Do you guys have any get togethers planned this year? If so when? Greg Maurer, Rockford Il.

I have seen an HTM SR-24 at 132 and some change on radar. This boat was on the ragged edge. I am not sure of the handling characteristics of your boat, but I think you are pushing disaster.

Tom,
You been working on the boat? There was a guy at LOTO last year that had a quad whipple 572 in a 21ft Daytona that did 126, so maybe 150 in a 24' would be ok. Just gona have to pick the right time and water to do it.

Dustin Whipple had his 28 come up at 158. 150 is really pushing it.
