Wow, Those rpm's are down, should be turning close to 4400-4600, losing a lot of speed there, Either those 350 mags are tired or you would need to prop down to 21's, your not getting into the tourque curve on those 350 mags.

I think the stock 350 is not enough for a 23p,I say 21 max,I have tried all of them too since between me and a friend I have tons of props sitting around to play with.

I'm trying to get a pair of 21's to try and no one around here has any I can run a pair of 23 cleavers 5000 with absolutly no bite. My motors are completly fine just too much prop for my hull and power.

The cleavers are no good, blow a hole in the water and to much slip, Def get some 21 mirages, Do you have counter rotating drives? That also helps, And yes, Ebay would be a good place to look or ask around here, There may be some people that have some that will let you try.

Sorry CHUCK i do not mean too hijack your thread about this. FORMULADUDE i do not have counter rotation. as far as ebay i would like to try a pair then buy. I bought my 23's and need something diff.

CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL DEALER THEY ALWAYS HAVE DEMO WHEELS YOU CAN USE.

Yup tried that! checked with 6 prop shops in 30 mile area NONE. 2 places have new ones at 400-450 a piece but no demos to try.
