Wow, Those rpm's are down, should be turning close to 4400-4600, losing a lot of speed there, Either those 350 mags are tired or you would need to prop down to 21's, your not getting into the tourque curve on those 350 mags.

I think the stock 350 is not enough for a 23p,I say 21 max,I have tried all of them too since between me and a friend I have tons of props sitting around to play with.

My motors are completly fine just too much prop for my hull and power.The cleavers are no good, blow a hole in the water and to much slip, Def get some 21 mirages, Do you have counter rotating drives? That also helps, And yes, Ebay would be a good place to look or ask around here, There may be some people that have some that will let you try.
