If my aging mind serves me correctly, I have two on the marine parts shelf in my warehouse. They were off my Velocity with the 454 Mags, couldn't use them on the 525 SC's because of the bump out Canton oil pans and had to buy the mini starters. I'll check in the AM, but I know they are still there. The Mags were 1996 models, should be the same, I'll check for numbers. Get me your cell #, I'll call you.

I have mixed thoughts on rebuilds but if you are in a jam it is a option. Boat US/West Marine sells them.

New starter is on its way. Brand new, original part number, from NAPA (believe it or not), $198.00. Of course, I need new exhaust gaskets too, had to rip the exhaust off for access. Not too bad a job though. Should be on the water again be Saturday.
Thanks for the help guys, I'm all set.
