axapowell, a member here, worked with a local machine shop who designed and made a batch after several of us on OSO committed to buying a set. Here is the original link. I think they were working on having another batch made. I really like how they give a high quality look to the interior compared to the cheap looking plastic ones that came stock.

Reading up on the latest and it now looks like it is an option for a Fastech and you can order a set directly from a dealer.

Well...
This year's major change was sanding off all the imron from the hull, external white-out so to speak. I also replaced the standard speakers with Focal Access series 6x9":s + Soundstream amp, got a new polished stainless Bruce anchor for the windlass, polished the glove box lid to a mirror shine and did some other more or less minor improvements. The white-out will probably be completed after this season, I've been looking at white Ultraleather Brisa Outdoor to replace all vinyl in the cocpit. A friend of mine had a complete jet black Alcantara upholstery made for his Scarab, including the dash, and it looks gorgeous. A similar (grey) dash upholstery job is in the plans, as well as replacing the dull grey instrument and switch panels with acrylic coated high-gloss walnut veneer.
Engine is still very fresh (88 hours!), so I'm undecided whether to replace it with a 525 or 600, or just have the intake manifold ported, replace the cam and remap the ECU.
Halfway there, so no pics yet. These projects tend to take a while and it's summer so I much rather drive the boat now and work on it during the winter.
