I believe I'll be in this blue one for 10 or less if it goes correctly. And it's much closer to home lol. If it falls through I'll check that one out. I bet it will get into the 60s with a 496 in it?

I want reliable over fast. I have a vector to go fast in. I want to cruise about 35-40. If a wot run is 55 I'd be happy. He claims it will do 65 but I imagine he is basing that off the speedometer ln the dash not gps numbers.

for reference my '89 with bone stock 850 hour non-mag 7.4, 1/4'ish tank of fuel, and one other person does about 53 on gps at 4700 with a 21p mirage plus.

That's not right.
If it is a MK-IV, the pad is directly above the timing cover on a flat, machined pad along the top of the gasket sealing surface for the timing cover. If it's a Gen V or VI, it's on a pad just forward of the cylinder head on the left side (if you're looking at the front of the engine).
The number you got is probably part of a VIN.
