What’s this F311 run for a top speed with your setup?

I am just gathering data (crawl, walk, run) but yesterday with not very good conditions (crowds and people/boat traffic) with full fuel and four people she did 78.6 mph/gps at 5,100 rpms. I did not have the clean water to work on the trim and had to back down due to wakes/traffic.

Sounds like the old bird can fly!

That’s moving Tom. Less fuel and passengers will make her an 80 mph boat easy. Stick time will probably get you there by itself!

What are the engines again?

That sounds pretty impressive. It sure looks great on the hoist.

Two people (my Wife and I), 2/3 fuel...80.1 mph (gps). I was too busy looking out for smaller boats to see my rpms, trim position, etc...
But I set a pre-determined high-speed trim setting so I know it pretty close to optimal.
I am VERY pleased!!!
