what engines? if they are smart craft I would go Simrad with the vessel view link....that way you get the mercury gauge interface and detailed info fault codes.

Garmin...

I’ve installed plenty of both brands at work. Simrad has awesome features, but I prefer the garmin in my personal boat. I do believe the garmin is more user friendly just from personal experience.

Pretty much all of the Garmin products are worth the investment. Have yall seen the new Garmin MARQ Captain watch? WOW.
