Ok Black is out, every one is right that would make it look dated.Thanks

White looks very nice,it would go with the rest of the boat. Then I would want to do all the other plates like the trim/ and switches so everything would match, and being done in aluminum would be a job in a half to do prefect.

My other boats colors are gray red white and black I would like to do the trim on the plates in white and then may clear coat or plate with a pewter finish. Now I am not sure what to do.

I had them reproduced in sandwiched plastic like the originals. But instead of black outside and white inside they used white/out and black/in. All the original printing and design was CNC'd into the new stuff so it looks like a negative of the original. I added fuel pressure , oil temp and water pressure on both engines

Now GO TO BED , it's a school day tomorow
