On my 357 with B&M 174s the hatch had to be raised only slightly and only in the back. it is tight but it clears. If you look at the back of the pic under the hatch you can see a very simple way of raising it with a piece of aluminum. Mine also has small wood blocks to raise it a bit further. it was like this when I got the boat so I haven't chenged it. It works fine. But, if I were to do it over I'd get a bigger piece of aluminum and not use the wood.

B-Ford: There are two concerns that I can think of. One is the clearence of everything. The other is actually getting all the air in there that you need to create maximum hp
