help with steering wheele change

Does Anybody Know How To Remove Red Trim Buttons From Wheele Want To Change To White But Cant Figure Them Out.hoping That I Dont Have To Cut The Wires.any Help Would Be Great!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately you have to cut the wires.
