You raw cooled guys it needs to be higher. I would imagine your H20 pressures are pulled from block pressure.
Fountain does call it normal, It has done it since brand new.
You have to be carefull when flushing the engines. I let the
engines idle then momentarilly boost the throttle and watch the pressure guages jump then fall back off due to a lack of supply water pressure in the hose. I do however idle up the engines slightly when not moving or slowly moving.
