I know what the choices where, Fountain, Cig, Apache. Running around NJ, suprised you didnt mention Outerlimits. We had a 37 Quad Step with 1000's and 6's. It was right at the top of a very short list of boats that I would want to be out in 4-6's in the ocean. It rode very well in the Chesapeake bay. The bay can get pretty snotty at times, and it always stayed dry and never did anything unpredictable. Never got it out in the ocean.

You'll still be ducking waves in the ol. Just ask "no regrets" about after the manhattan brunch run this fall.
