Can anyone tell me how to get fountain to return a phone call. I have called the factory at least six times in the last two weeks just to ask what props they put on a 29ft fountain with twin 525sc. I have left several messages and have not heard back from any one. This is very not like reggie. When I could not get through to any one for help, I thought I would call and talk to the sales dept. for If they think you are going to buy a new boat they might put a real person on the line. But once again no one around. I tryed one last time and spoke to the operator, I ask her if there was any human people working in this plant other than the telephone system ,she replied yes I will get some one for you. this girl was gone for acouple of minutes, when she returned on the phone she said I 'am sorry sir but I can not find anyone. I would be willing to bet that if Reggie knew this was going on he would be sweeping the floors. He builds one hell of a boat ,and has one hell of a reputation. If this keeps up he may end up with a reputation that he is not looking for. I guess the bottom line is that we spend a lot of hard earned money for these fountain boats because we know how good they are. And would figure the owner would take care of the people that run his boats. maybe we will have to start running Donzi's or Hustlers or even Stingrays. thanks for listening

I agree. This is not the norm for Fountain. The person you want to talk to is Marty Boesinger. He is not easy to get a hold of but does return his calls. Leave a detailed message and explain that no one will return your calls. Good luck, hope this helps.
