I called Fountain on Friday, talked to parts guy, left message for Brian, and Brian returned my call yesterday. They were closed on Monday. Never have had a problem with them.

Tony told me they went from 5 parts reps to 2 and they've been slammed. I always get a fast response when i email Tony Vick.

Have talked to Gail and Tony over the years no problem there. I had a build or technical question they could not answer. Switched me over to someone's voice mail left message no reply next day called back Switch board person sent email to same person, to give me a call and to date no reply.
