He wont be able to see the back corners of rub rail because there is a bulkhead wall right behind motors.

I just got a 32' about 3 months ago as well and had leaking and the bilge pump would constantly come on. i read all the posts about rub rail so i got me a tube of 5200 and took it off and resealed it. no big cracks or places i could see that the water would be leaking thru but i resealed it anyway. tested it next weekend and same exact problem! I then realized the water was not coming from the rub rail at all but from the blower exhaust holes! about 4" inside those holes is another black tube but that tube is not seals around the white part of tube. with people on the back, water would rush in and when it drifted back towards the rear, it would go inside this lip and into the bilge. i hit the insides of those tubes with 5200 too and that stopped a lot of it.

you will have much vibration with the exhaust open. it's only the air trying to escape from under the swim platform. also, all of my hydraulic pumps on mounted behind the rear bench seat in the motor compartment were very lose. I tightened all of those too and helped even more.

Water will run down the transom in the 2 corners is where you will be able to see it(fixed several) also friend had a idea that worked well took a kids floating noodle and cut a peice about 10 inches long threaded a section of rope threw the middle when we were at a sand bar he would stick the noodle piece in the vent hole x 2 and tie the end of the rope to the cleat worked awesome! he called them his butt plugs

I ran the boat for 30 miles @ 45-60 mph , no trouble. The exhaust sounds alot better through the outdrive. I need to fix the sticking flaps, can these be rebuilt? The water is not coming from the rub rail. I think it may be the inlet water hose or another hose, I looked around with a flashlight while on the water saw it pooling. I plan to get into the engine compartment with ear muffs on the outdrive to see if the water pressure will make it leak into the bottom of the hull. Updates to follow.

Congrats! If it puts a smile on your face when out on the water the little things will fade. We all fuss over chit. My F'n swim ladder cover rattles all the time.

Little tip! Probably shouldn't run much past 3000 -3500 rpm or so thru the drive, silent choice activated, past that need to open it up and let it run out the thru hulls.

Check all your hose clamps, had a couple on mine last year that were pizzing just a little when the pressure built up at running speeds.

Thanks for the info, the exhaust bellows are not connected, letting the exhaust exit there. Can i run it like that?
